Arbaaz Khan has reportedly divested a luxury apartment situated in Andheri West, Mumbai, for approximately ₹6.5 crore. The transaction, officially registered on May 5, saw the property change hands for a sum that sources indicate nearly doubles its value over an 11-year holding period. The apartment, located in Runwal Elegante, Lokhandwala Complex, spans 1,369 sq ft of carpet area and includes two dedicated parking slots. Buyers are noted to have paid a stamp duty of ₹39 lakh for the registration.
This sale positions Andheri West as a persistent hotspot for premium residential property dealings, attracting a diverse demographic including entertainment professionals and entrepreneurs. The area's appeal is underscored by its robust connectivity and established celebrity presence.
Khan's property movements this year extend beyond this particular transaction. Earlier in 2026, reports surfaced regarding his acquisition of another Mumbai flat in Jogeshwari West, valued at around ₹2.78 crore. The precise location of the recently sold Andheri West flat is in Tower B of the Runwal Elegante project, near Infiniti Mall.

The real estate market in Mumbai's western corridors has seen notable activity among figures associated with Bollywood. This follows a similar transaction where Sohail Khan, Arbaaz's brother, reportedly sold a commercial office space in Andheri West for ₹5.90 crore. That property, situated in the Arc One building on Link Road, measured 1,559 sq ft.
Neither Arbaaz Khan nor his representatives have issued public statements regarding these property dealings. The sustained interest in Bollywood personalities' real estate transactions highlights the perceived prestige and financial significance of properties within Mumbai's prime entertainment zones.
