Mumbai Police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) and issued a Lookout Circular (LOC) against Peter Haag, Austrian national and husband of Bollywood actor Celina Jaitly. The action follows a complaint filed by Jaitly, alleging cruelty, physical harm, criminal intimidation, and sustained harassment.
The LOC against Haag was issued after he allegedly failed to cooperate with the ongoing investigation, as reported by multiple sources. The FIR has been registered at Versova Police Station and booked under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita pertaining to cruelty, causing harm, intimidation, and harassment.
Jaitly's complaint reportedly centers on allegations of domestic violence, including being denied access to their children, who are currently in Haag's custody in Austria. She has sought unhindered virtual and telephonic access to the children, along with a monthly maintenance of ₹10 lakh and ₹50 crore in compensation. Jaitly has also previously made allegations of emotional, physical, sexual, and verbal abuse, claiming she was coerced into transferring property and into sexual acts under duress.

Prior to this, in December 2025, she filed a criminal complaint concerning alleged outrage of modesty and wrongful confinement. Jaitly has also publicly shared her grief over the passing of their son amidst these legal proceedings. The couple's marriage was registered under Austrian civil law on September 22, and they have three children.
