A new manufacturing facility, KJS India Private Limited – Unit 2, has commenced its journey with a groundbreaking ceremony in Sangareddy district, Telangana. The project, situated on 44 acres in Thogarpally village, Kondapur mandal, represents a substantial investment of ₹651 crore. Officials project this expansion will generate direct employment for 1,551 individuals and create an additional 5,000 indirect job opportunities.
The establishment of this unit signifies a move by KJS India, a company that positions itself as a co-manufacturing and co-packing partner for prominent global entities, including Nestlé, Hindustan Unilever, Mayora, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. This expansion is framed as a bolstering of Telangana's food processing and FMCG sectors, with aspirations to amplify the "Made in Telangana" brand on a global scale. The ceremony was conducted by Telangana's IT and Industries Minister, Duddilla Sridhar Babu.
