TMZ Comedy Crawl has recently unveiled its Friday night offerings, blending stand-up performances with a liberal flow of free beverages and, according to one report, a clandestine vampire hideout. The event, a partnership between 'TMZ' and 'Big Bus Tours', aims to present a different facet of Hollywood, transforming a mobile bus into a "rolling comedy club experience."
The crawl typically commences at the Hollywood Improv, features stops at other notable comedy venues such as the Laugh Factory and concludes at The Comedy Store. Attendees, aged 21 and over, can expect hosted comedy sets, free shots, and sometimes surprise guests. Recent celebrity appearances have included Ray J.
The tour package, priced from US$69.00, is described as a 2–2.5 hour hosted evening event. It functions as a hop-on-hop-off bus tour, with the comedy aspect being the central draw. Initial offerings have included complimentary tickets to future shows at participating venues.

The tour’s unique selling proposition appears to hinge on its blend of traditional comedy club hopping with a more immersive, and occasionally outlandish, presentation. The mention of a "Secret Vampire Lair" injects an element of the surreal into what is otherwise framed as a straightforward entertainment package. The explicit mention of vampires suggests a deliberate incorporation of theatricality or perhaps a coded reference to a specific, unconfirmed venue or theme within the crawl's route.
Launched earlier this year, the 'TMZ Comedy Crawl' debuted in January 2026 with hosts including comedians Brittany Schmitt and Mateen Stewart. The initial rollout highlighted a VIP view of a Dane Cook set and concluded with a group toast at The Comedy Store. The frequency of the crawl has since been established as a weekly, Friday night event.
