Nous Research has made it simpler for users to deploy Grok models within its open-source Hermes Agent. As of recently, users with a Grok subscription can authenticate directly via browser OAuth, bypassing the need for separate API keys. Grok Text-to-Speech: Enabling spoken responses.
Grok Imagine: For the creation of images and videos.
A single OAuth bearer token from xAI is sufficient to access all these features within Hermes Agent, eliminating the need for individual authentication for each service. This applies to all Grok subscription tiers.
Hermes Agent itself is described as an open-source, self-improving agent framework designed for automation and user-defined tasks. The recent update sees Hermes Agent utilizing the Responses API for Grok 4 models, which reportedly offers technical improvements.
