Background
The intensification of summer conditions appears to be occurring even before the end of winter, suggesting a shift in weather patterns. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued advisories, and data from the Telangana Development Planning Society (TGDPS) has been cited in reports on the widespread heat. The rising temperatures are already beginning to affect daily activities across the state.
