Police have charged him with their murders. The victims have been identified as his 46-year-old wife, and their two young sons, aged four and 12 years old.

Authorities were called to the residence on May 18, 2026, where they found the deceased. The accused allegedly left the scene before police arrived but returned approximately an hour later, at which point he was arrested.

Further investigation led officers to a separate dwelling on the property, a granny flat, where the couple's 25-year-old son, identified in reports as Justin, was also found dead.

Court documents reportedly state that the accused, shortly after his arrest, informed police that his sons had "severe autism." This claim emerged in relation to the alleged motive.

The family was not previously known to police, and there is no record of prior domestic violence incidents involving them. The accused also reportedly has no criminal history.

Officers have secured the accused's vehicle as part of the ongoing inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the deaths. Investigators are exploring the possibility that the killings may have been premeditated, with suggestions that the accused had been planning the acts for "months." One report indicates that the accused may have been "inspired by Perth killings."
