A second former housekeeper has filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner, alleging a pattern of racial discrimination, harassment, and a hostile work environment. The suit, filed by Juana Delgado Soto, follows similar claims made by another former employee, Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, just last week. The allegations paint a picture of repeated mistreatment, with supervisors reportedly mocking employees' ethnicities, accents, and national origins.
Soto's complaint, filed against Jenner, her company Kylie Jenner Inc., and management staff including supervisor Itzel Sibrian, details instances of alleged racial harassment. Soto claims Sibrian frequently criticized her ethnicity, "mocking her English, laughing at her, calling her stupid and asking why she can't speak proper English." These accusations closely mirror those of Vasquez, who stated in her lawsuit that she was subjected to "repeated demeaning comments referencing [her] Salvadoran origin and immigration status."

Escalating Claims and Alleged Retaliation
Both lawsuits accuse management of creating a toxic work environment. Vasquez detailed being subjected to a "hostile work environment" characterized by "discrimination, harassment and retaliation … based on her race, national origin, religion and disability." She reported that supervisors would "snap their fingers" at her, "mock [her] for her accent and treated [her] as inferior because of her Salvadoran background." Vasquez claims these complaints were ignored and that no "meaningful corrective action" was taken.
Soto's lawsuit suggests a pattern of retaliation following her own complaints. She alleges that after reporting Sibrian's conduct to human resources, the supervisor was reinstated around late May 2024, and subsequent treatment worsened. Soto claims she was threatened with termination and instructed to "disappear" when Jenner was present. She further alleges being forced to sit in a bathroom for hours while Jenner was in the house, enduring random schedule changes, and being made to clean "Jenner’s boyfriend’s house."

Broader Accusations and Legal Entities
The legal actions target not only Jenner directly but also associated companies like Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services. While neither lawsuit directly attributes discriminatory actions to Jenner herself, she is named as a defendant. Claims in the lawsuits include failure to prevent or remedy harassment and discrimination, alongside accusations of wrongful termination and failure to pay wages. Vasquez, who worked at Jenner's Hidden Hills home from September 2024 to August 2025, resigned due to what she described as "intolerable" working conditions, leading to anxiety and stress.
Representatives for Kylie Jenner have not yet publicly commented on the lawsuits, despite multiple requests from news outlets. Both lawsuits were filed through the same legal representation, indicating a coordinated effort by former employees to seek redress for alleged workplace mistreatment.
