Hale Farm & Village is hosting its annual Maple Sugar Festival & Pancake Breakfast throughout March, on four separate weekends. This event aims to immerse visitors in the historical processes of maple sugaring, dating back to indigenous practices and early American agriculture. Demonstrations of tree tapping and sap boiling will be featured.

The festival is scheduled for March 7-8, 14-15, 21-22, and 28-29, running from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day. The accompanying pancake breakfast, including pancakes, sausage, and fruit, will be served from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Gatehouse Visitor Center.
