Bouddi National Park Location of Incident
Two men, identified as fishermen, were pulled from the water at Little Beach, an isolated cove within Bouddi National Park on the NSW Central Coast, on Saturday afternoon. Emergency services were first alerted around 4:20 PM after a body was reported spotted in the water.

A subsequent search was launched after authorities were informed of a second man believed to be in the water. The body of a 67-year-old man was discovered around 8:00 PM. Agencies involved in the rescue and recovery efforts included officers from the Brisbane Water Police District, PolAir, the Marine Area Command, NSW Ambulance Paramedics, and Marine Rescue NSW volunteers.

The incident prompted the preparation of a report for the Coroner.
Little Beach is noted as a spot frequented by campers and bushwalkers, its isolated nature possibly contributing to the challenges in the response.
