Ambition, Greed, and Pyramid Marketing Unveiled
The Viral Fever (TVF) production, "The Pyramid Scheme," starring Paramvir Singh Cheema and Ranvir Shorey, is slated for release on Prime Video on June 5, 2026.* This upcoming drama series promises to delve into the intricate worlds of ambition, greed, and the often-illusory allure of quick wealth, all within the specific cultural landscape of Haridwar.

The narrative centers on Goldy, portrayed by Cheema, a young man depicted as both charming and driven, who becomes entangled in the superficially attractive and deceptively convincing realm of pyramid marketing schemes. The series aims to explore the emotional and human toll of relentlessly chasing success.

"With this series we wanted to explore ambition, validation, and the world of pyramid schemes, something not really shown on screen," stated Vijay Koshy, President of The Viral Fever (TVF).
Prime Video, in its pursuit of showcasing diverse and resonant Indian narratives, sees "The Pyramid Scheme" as a continuation of its successful collaborations with TVF.

"What makes this series compelling is the way it brings to life the relatable themes of ambition and aspiration, and how the pursuit of a better life can influence one’s choices, both good and bad," commented Manish Menghani, Director and Head of Content Licensing, Prime Video, India.
The series is directed by Ashish R Shukla and Shreyansh Pandey, and features a cast that includes Shekhar Suman, Aanjjan Srivastav, Alfia Jafry, Ashish Raghava, Akhilendra Mishra, Smita Bansal, Vijay Kumar, Indresh Malik, Ravi Bhel, Sushant Singh, Sonal Jha, and Sadanand Patil. Reports suggest the trailer will be released shortly.
