Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) has activated a new, high-speed production line for its Kinley water brand at its Avinya manufacturing facility in Banda Thimmapur, Telangana. The move positions the site as the fastest within the Coca-Cola India Southwest Asia (INSWA) system in terms of production capacity.
The facility, built on a 49-acre site with a planned investment exceeding ₹2,000 crore, now operates seven advanced production lines. The newly commissioned line boasts speeds of up to 1,350 bottles per minute for 500 ml Kinley PET bottles and 1,000 bottles per minute for 1-litre PET bottles. This integration of automated frameworks aims to enhance operational visibility, process precision, and manufacturing consistency.
The Avinya plant is described as one of HCCB's most advanced manufacturing sites. The addition complements HCCB's existing facility in Ameenpur, Sangareddy district, and contributes to the company's workforce of over 1,000 individuals across Telangana.

Further technological integration includes an advanced dosing system to improve packaging stability and extend product integrity, along with a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for centralized monitoring and control.
Regional Manufacturing Footprint
The Avinya facility, designated as a Telangana Greenfield Factory (TGF), is a significant component of HCCB's manufacturing ecosystem in the region. Its development reinforces the company's stated commitment to Telangana's industrial growth.
