The official cause of death for TikTok personality Marquay Collins, known online as 'Marquay the Goat,' has been identified as an enlarged heart. This finding emerged following an autopsy, which has now shifted the focus from earlier suspicions related to a car accident.

The social media star, who amassed nearly 7 million followers, was discovered lifeless at his home on the morning of November 26, 2025.

Prior to his passing, Collins had reported experiencing headaches, neck, shoulder, and spine pain, along with shortness of breath. These symptoms were noted after he was involved in an auto accident in Atlanta on November 7, 2025.
