A former housekeeper for Kylie Jenner has filed a lawsuit, alleging a work environment rife with "severe and pervasive harassment," discrimination based on her religion and national origin, and labor violations. The suit, filed by Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, names Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Inc., Tri Star Services LLC, and La Maison Family Services LLC as defendants.

Discriminatory Remarks: Vasquez claims she was mocked for her accent and subjected to comments alluding to her background, including remarks about Catholics being "horrible people" and discussions of deportation. Her immigration status was allegedly a frequent target of bullying.
Exclusion and Humiliation: She states she was "assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks," "excluded" from the housekeeping team, and "publicly belittled and humiliated" in front of colleagues.
Abusive Behavior: The filing alleges supervisors "snapped their fingers" at her, "shouted," and falsely accused her of misconduct in a "demeaning and degrading manner." In one instance, a supervisor allegedly threw hangers at her feet during a reprimand.
Labor Violations: Vasquez also claims non-reimbursement of business expenses, failure to provide required meal and rest periods, and alleged wage theft, including unpaid overtime. She was reportedly asked to surrender her phone for inspection.
Impact on Well-being: As a result of the alleged treatment, Vasquez claims she developed anxiety, severe stress, and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder. She resigned in August 2025 after taking medical leave in July 2025, stating working conditions had become "intolerable."
The lawsuit notes that Vasquez made multiple complaints, including one in November 2024, which she claims were "dismissed, mocked, or ignored." The filing suggests the alleged misconduct was continuous from her employment, which spanned from September 2024 to August 2025, at Jenner's Beverly Hills and Hidden Hills homes. Vasquez is seeking punitive damages and restitution for unpaid wages, premium pay, and other withheld compensation.
