Lorna Hajdini, a 37-year-old Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase’s Leveraged Finance division, is currently facing serious allegations of sexual abuse, racial harassment, and retaliation. The accusations were detailed in a lawsuit filed in May 2025 by a plaintiff identified only as John Doe.
The lawsuit claims Hajdini made unwanted sexual advances, used racial slurs, and threatened the accuser's career after he refused her advances. According to court filings, the plaintiff alleges financial ruin and the development of PTSD as a result of the alleged abuse. JPMorgan Chase has denied the allegations, stating an internal investigation found no evidence to support the claims. Hajdini, through her legal representatives, has also categorically denied all accusations.
Hajdini has built a substantial career in finance, with nearly 15 years at JPMorgan Chase. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Statistics from NYU Stern School of Business and executive education in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Harvard Business School. Prior to her long tenure at JPMorgan, she held internships at Glazer Capital Management and Tudor Investment Corporation.
