Vivo has officially launched its X300 Ultra and X300 FE smartphones in India today, May 6th, 2026, positioning them squarely within the premium segment. The company is betting on advanced camera capabilities and high-end specifications to capture a share of the market.

The Vivo X300 Ultra boasts a substantial 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it's powered by the Qualcomm SM8850-AC Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Camera-wise, the Ultra features a triple rear setup including a 200 MP main sensor, a 200 MP periscope telephoto lens with 3.7x optical zoom, and a 50 MP ultrawide camera. Leaked information prior to the official launch indicated a steep price point for the X300 Ultra, with a Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of ₹1,99,999 and an expected retail price around ₹1,60,000 for a 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant. The X300 FE is anticipated to launch at a more accessible, though still premium, price, with leaks suggesting around ₹79,999 for a 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model, though some reports suggest it could be priced closer to ₹70,000.
