Professional hockey player Mariah Keopple is actively merging her athletic career with a burgeoning fashion design enterprise, Riah the Label. She has been seen in custom-designed outfits on game days and recently made her runway debut at a fashion show in Seattle.
Keopple, a defender for the PWHL Seattle team, has established her own brand, Riah the Label. This venture showcases her creative output, with her designs appearing on the runway and often worn by herself on game days, entering the arena in what are described as runway-worthy ensembles. Her career in professional hockey has seen her play for PWHL Montreal before her move to Seattle. Prior to the PWHL, she played collegiately for Princeton University, where she recorded statistics including goals and assists over multiple seasons.

Her foray into fashion design is not a new pursuit; it's rooted in a childhood inclination. Keopple’s personal style is characterized by its flexibility, allowing her to explore different aesthetics, adapting her look based on mood and activity. This adaptability extends to her approach to her career, where she has pursued unconventional paths, seeing opportunities and dedicating herself fully. She is set to enter her third season in the PWHL.
