Lisa Hochstein, a figure known from the Bravo reality show 'Real Housewives of Miami,' spent approximately six hours in a Miami-Dade jail on April 15, 2026, despite an order for her immediate release. The detention occurred after her voluntary surrender following a warrant for her arrest on charges of interception of communication.
Hochstein was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on accusations of placing a recording device in her ex-husband Lenny Hochstein's vehicle. Jail records indicate she was held from her booking time until late afternoon, even after her attorney confirmed she would be released on her own recognizance and without bond.
The arrest warrant details allegations that Lenny Hochstein discovered a digital audio recorder in his Mercedes after lending the car to Lisa. A subsequent investigation reportedly uncovered 98 recordings, including conversations between Lisa Hochstein and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, during the alleged placement of the device. Further recovered recordings reportedly include those of Lisa Hochstein and Glidden engaged in "intimate activities."

Hochstein, 43, has pleaded not guilty to the charges. Her attorney, Jayne Weintraub, confirmed the voluntary surrender, characterizing it as the correct decision. An arraignment hearing is scheduled for April 20, 2026.
Jody Glidden, also implicated in the alleged surveillance, was taken into custody earlier and has since been released. His attorney waived his personal appearance at his own arraignment, scheduled for April 16, 2026. Lenny Hochstein and his then-girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, have previously been involved in legal disputes with Lisa Hochstein, including Mazepa filing a restraining order.
The couple, who finalized a contentious divorce, share two children, a 10-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter. Hochstein has publicly stated her focus is on the well-being of her children. Lisa Hochstein herself has previously made accusations of infidelity against Lenny Hochstein.

The reality star's surrender was documented with photographs showing her at the jail with her attorney and supported by 'RHOM' co-stars Alexia Nepola and Adriana de Moura. Her mugshot, taken upon booking, has drawn commentary for its seemingly prepared presentation. Bravo, the network airing 'RHOM,' declined to comment on the matter.
