Klaudia Zakrzewska, known online as Klaudiaglam, has died six days after a collision outside a Soho nightclub. She was 32 years old. The Metropolitan Police confirmed that Gabrielle Carrington, 29, a former X Factor finalist also known as RIELLEUK, will now face a murder charge, upgraded from attempted murder, following Ms Zakrzewska's passing on Saturday, April 25th.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, April 19th, on Argyll Street. Two other individuals were injured in the crash, including a 58-year-old security guard who sustained life-changing injuries.
Carrington appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, where she was remanded in custody. She had previously been charged with attempted murder, grievous bodily harm with intent, actual bodily harm, dangerous driving, and drink driving.
Social Media Star's Demise and Legal Proceedings
Ms Zakrzewska, an influencer with over 250,000 followers on Instagram, had been in a critical condition since the incident. Footage circulating on social media appears to show her trapped beneath a vehicle as bystanders attempted to assist. Her mother had previously shared updates, stating her daughter was in a coma.

The case has generated significant online discussion regarding influencer culture and public disputes. The police have cautioned against the circulation of material that could prejudice the ongoing investigation. Carrington is due to appear at the Old Bailey on May 19th.
